Overview 概要

ChatLog.pdf ("we", "our", "the service") is a web application and Chrome extension that exports AI chat conversations to document formats. We are committed to protecting your privacy. ChatLog.pdf（以下「当サービス」）は、AIチャットの会話をドキュメント形式にエクスポートするWebアプリケーションおよびChrome拡張機能です。当サービスはお客様のプライバシー保護に努めています。

Data We Collect 収集するデータ

• Authentication data: If you sign in (via Google or email), we store your email address and user ID through Supabase Authentication to manage your account and plan. 認証データ：Googleまたはメールでサインインした場合、アカウントとプランの管理のため、Supabase認証を通じてメールアドレスとユーザーIDを保存します。
• Usage counts: We track the number of API calls and exports per month to enforce free tier limits. No conversation content is stored. 使用回数：無料プランの制限を適用するため、月ごとのAPI呼び出し回数とエクスポート回数を記録します。会話の内容は保存されません。
• Conversation content (temporary): When you export a conversation, the extension reads the page content in your browser to generate the document. Data We Do NOT Collect 収集しないデータ

• We do not read, store, or transmit your conversation content to any server. 会話の内容をサーバーに読み取り、保存、または送信することはありません。
• We do not track your browsing history. 閲覧履歴を追跡することはありません。
• We do not use analytics or tracking scripts in the extension. 拡張機能にアナリティクスやトラッキングスクリプトを使用していません。

Chrome Extension Chrome拡張機能

The ChatLog.pdf Chrome extension: ChatLog.pdf Chrome拡張機能について：

• Only activates on gemini.google.com, chatgpt.com, and notebooklm.google.com. gemini.google.com、chatgpt.com、notebooklm.google.comでのみ動作します。
• Reads conversation content only when you click the export button. エクスポートボタンをクリックした時のみ会話内容を読み取ります。
• Generates all documents (PDF, Word, Markdown, JSON, CSV) locally in your browser. すべてのドキュメント（PDF、Word、Markdown、JSON、CSV）をブラウザ内でローカルに生成します。
• Uses chrome.storage.local to store preferences and export counts. 設定やエクスポート回数の保存にchrome.storage.localを使用します。
• Connects to chatlogpdf.com only to verify Pro plan authentication status. Proプランの認証状態を確認するためにのみchatlogpdf.comに接続します。

Third-Party Services サードパーティサービス

• Supabase: Authentication and user account management. Supabase：認証およびユーザーアカウント管理。
• Google Sign-In: OAuth authentication (only if you choose to sign in with Google). Googleサインイン：OAuth認証（Googleでサインインを選択した場合のみ）。
• Stripe: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We do not store credit card information. Stripe：Proサブスクリプションの決済処理。クレジットカード情報は保存しません。

Cookies Cookie

ChatLog.pdf does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use browser local storage (localStorage and chrome.storage.local) solely to store your preferences and session information. No third-party tracking cookies are used. ChatLog.pdfはトラッキングや広告目的でCookieを使用していません。設定やセッション情報の保存にブラウザのローカルストレージ（localStorageおよびchrome.storage.local）のみを使用しています。サードパーティのトラッキングCookieは使用していません。

ChatLog.pdf is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Data Retention データ保持

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage counters reset monthly. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. アカウントデータはアカウントが有効な間保持されます。使用回数カウンターは毎月リセットされます。お問い合わせいただくことで、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。
