1. Acceptance of Terms 1. 規約への同意

By accessing or using ChatLog.pdf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. ChatLog.pdf（以下「本サービス」）にアクセスまたは使用することにより、お客様はこの利用規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。同意されない場合は、本サービスをご利用にならないでください。

2. Description of Service 2. サービスの説明

ChatLog.pdf is a web application and Chrome extension that allows users to export AI chat conversations (from Gemini, ChatGPT, and NotebookLM) into document formats including PDF, Word, Markdown, JSON, and CSV. ChatLog.pdfは、AIチャットの会話（Gemini、ChatGPT、NotebookLM）をPDF、Word、Markdown、JSON、CSVなどのドキュメント形式にエクスポートできるWebアプリケーションおよびChrome拡張機能です。

3. Account Registration 3. アカウント登録

• You may use limited features without an account by providing your own API key. ご自身のAPIキーを使用することで、アカウントなしで一部の機能をご利用いただけます。
• To access free tier features or subscribe to a paid plan, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. 無料プランの機能を利用したり、有料プランに登録するには、Googleサインインまたはメール/パスワードでアカウントを作成する必要があります。
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. アカウントを作成するには13歳以上である必要があります。
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. アカウント認証情報のセキュリティを維持する責任はお客様にあります。

4. Plans and Pricing 4. プランと料金

• Free Plan: Includes up to 15 API calls and 100,000 words of processing per month. 無料プラン：月間最大15回のAPI呼び出しと100,000語の処理が含まれます。
• Pro Plan: Unlimited API calls and processing for a monthly subscription fee as displayed on the pricing page. Proプラン：料金ページに表示される月額サブスクリプション料金で、無制限のAPI呼び出しと処理が可能です。
• BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): Users who provide their own Gemini API key can use the service without limits and without an account. BYOK（自分のキーを使用）：ご自身のGemini APIキーをお持ちのユーザーは、アカウントなしで制限なくサービスを利用できます。

5. Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal 5. サブスクリプションの請求と自動更新

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Proサブスクリプションは、Stripeを通じて毎月請求されます。
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. 現在の請求期間の終了前にキャンセルしない限り、サブスクリプションは毎月自動的に更新されます。
• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes. 料金はチェックアウト時に表示される通貨で表示され、適用される税金が含まれます。

6. Cancellation 6. キャンセル

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@chatlogpdf.com. Stripeカスタマーポータルまたはsupport@chatlogpdf.comへのご連絡により、いつでもProサブスクリプションをキャンセルできます。
• After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. キャンセル後も、現在の請求期間の終了まで引き続きPro機能をご利用いただけます。

7. Acceptable Use 7. 利用上の遵守事項

You agree not to: 以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします：

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. 違法な目的や適用法に違反する目的でサービスを使用すること。
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルを試みること。
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service. 自動スクリプト、ボット、スクレイピングツールを使用してサービスにアクセスすること。
• Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. 使用制限を回避するために複数のアカウントを作成して無料プランを悪用すること。
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. サービスまたはそのインフラストラクチャを妨害または混乱させること。
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written permission. 事前の書面による許可なくサービスを再販または再配布すること。

8. Intellectual Property 8. 知的財産権

• Your content: You retain full ownership of the conversations and documents you export using the Service. We claim no rights over your exported content. お客様のコンテンツ：サービスを使用してエクスポートした会話やドキュメントの所有権はお客様に帰属します。エクスポートされたコンテンツに対する権利を当社は主張しません。
• Our service: The ChatLog.pdf application, branding, and source code are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed. 当社のサービス：ChatLog.pdfのアプリケーション、ブランディング、ソースコードは当社の知的財産であり、コピーまたは再配布することはできません。

9. Privacy 9. プライバシー

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. 本サービスのご利用は、データの取り扱いについて記載したプライバシーポリシーにも準拠します。

10. Limitation of Liability 10. 責任の制限

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law: 本サービスは「現状のまま」「利用可能な範囲で」提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません。法律で許容される最大限の範囲において：

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. 本サービスの使用に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的な損害について責任を負いません。
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. 本サービスに関するいかなる請求に対する当社の総賠償責任も、請求前12ヶ月間にお支払いいただいた金額を超えないものとします。
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of conversations exported through the Service. 本サービスを通じてエクスポートされた会話の正確性や内容について責任を負いません。

11. Termination 11. 契約の終了

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. お客様がこの規約に違反した場合、アカウントを停止または終了する権利を留保します。
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@chatlogpdf.com. support@chatlogpdf.comへご連絡いただくことで、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. 契約終了時、本サービスを使用する権利は直ちに消滅します。

12. Changes to These Terms 12. 規約の変更

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 当社は随時この規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更は「最終更新日」の日付を更新することでお知らせします。変更後もサービスを継続して使用することは、新しい規約への同意を意味します。

13. Governing Law 13. 準拠法

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan. この規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。この規約に起因する紛争は、東京地方裁判所の専属管轄に服するものとします。
